The Bookings by Customer dashboard provides an aggregated view of each customer's bookings for the selected time period.
Dashboard widgets
The four widgets at the top of the dashboard display summarized insights about your organization's bookings:
Non-Canceled Bookings – the total number of bookings in the selected period that haven't been canceled.
Canceled Bookings – the total number of bookings in the selected period that have been canceled.
Hourly Credits Used – the total number of hourly credits used for bookings within the selected period.
Coins Used – the total number of coins used for bookings within the selected period.
Bookings Revenue by Customer Status
This chart shows the distribution of bookings revenue for the entire selected period among the different customer statuses in your organization.
Top 20 Customers by Total Bookings Duration
This chart ranks the customers with the highest total booking duration within the selected period. Only the top 20 customers are displayed.
Hint: Want to see more than 20 customers? Download the chart's data and select Advanced data options > Results > As displayed in the data table.
Bookings by Customer
This table shows each customer's number of bookings, total duration, fees, credits, and coins for each month in the selected period. Most values are clickable, allowing you to explore the individual bookings that comprise the total.
