Hybrid Reception App - Check In & Check Out Employees

Introduction

The Hybrid Reception app is a branded tablet app that welcomes visitors, enables check-in/out, and manages deliveries at your front desk. This article is about the Employee Check In & Check Out flow. Learn more about customizing the tablet app flows.

Download the Reception app

The OfficeRnD Hybrid Reception app is available for both iPadOS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). OfficeRnD Hybrid customers can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:

Check-in Employees

1. Tap Check In on the welcome screen.

2. Tap Employee.

3. In the following screens, fill in your full name and tap Yes, Check me in:

5. A Welcome back screen will appear and you can proceed

Check Out Employees

To check out:

1. Tap Check-out on the welcome screen.

2. Enter your Full Name (enter the first three letters and choose the name from the list) then tap Next.

3. Tap Yes, Check me out and you will be greeted with a thank you message.
