Introduction

The Visitor Hub app is a branded tablet app that welcomes visitors, enables check-in/out, and manages deliveries at your front desk. This article is about the Deliveries flow. Learn more about customizing the tablet app flows.

The OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app is available for both iPadOS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). OfficeRnD Hybrid customers can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:

Deliveries

1. Tap Deliveries on the welcome screen.

2. Enter the recipient's full name and tap Next.

3. The recipient will be notified via e-mail and push notification that their delivery is available for pickup at the reception. This is the message shown on the tablet:

SMS notifications are available as a separate add-on.
