Introduction
The OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app is a branded tablet app that welcomes visitors, enables check-in/out, and manages deliveries at your front desk. This article is about the initial steps needed before the app is available for visitors, employees, and deliveries:
- Log-in with your OfficeRnD admin credentials.
- Choose OfficeRnD Hybrid.
- Choose the Organization
- Choose the Location
Download the Visitor Hub app
The OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app is available for both iPadOS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). OfficeRnD Hybrid customers can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the Visitor Hub app on your tablet.
2. Enter your OfficeRnD admin e-mail address and tap Continue.
3. Choose OfficeRnD Hybrid.
4. Select your organization and tap Continue.
5. Enter your OfficeRnD Hybrid credentials for the Admin Portal and tap Continue.
5. Tap on the Location to select it. In the dialog that appears, tap Confirm.
Important: All check-ins and related notifications will relate to the Organization you choose. You can change your preferences by logging out and logging in again.
6. The welcome screen is now available to visitors, employees, and delivery persons.
