Flex Data Hub – Legacy vs. Current Dashboards

This article explains the key differences between the current and Legacy dashboards in Flex Data Hub.

Contents

Revenue Legacy Dashboards

Projected Revenue

The Projected Revenue dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of expected revenue for future months. It’s broken down by Location or by Customer down to Revenue Account level.

Key Differences

  • To get the same view as the Legacy dashboard, expand the Revenue Accounts group under each respective table:

  • The new report also includes a summarized view by revenue account.
  • You can now filter by customer status, location, and customer name.
  • We’ve enabled drill functionality for the new dashboard - simply click on a number to see more details.

Invoiced Revenue

This report shows the amount of invoices issued for a selected period and their status (Paid, Not Paid, Overdue).

Key Differences

  • We've lined up the statuses across the same row to be consistent with other reports in Data Hub.
  • Drill functionality is also enabled - click on a number to open the invoice directly

Balance

Shows a comprehensive balance sheet for all customers.

Key Differences

  • We’ve added Refunded Deposits and Remaining Deposits columns for a more detailed look at deposits
  • Fees are broken down into Paid and Unpaid status.
  • Drill functionality is enabled for fees and revenue. Click on a number for more details.
  • You can now filter by Location, Customer Status, Type, and Name.

Occupancy Legacy Dashboards

Occupancy Intervals

Provides an overview of Private Offices and their status for the selected period (Occupied, Available, Unavailable).

Key differences

  • To view by period (From - To) and total duration of a particular status, hover the cursor over a bar chart and the info will be shown in a bubble:

  • Exports will also contain comprehensive information about the status of the selected period.
  • More filtering options are introduced.
  • Click on any period with the status Occupied to see additional details about the occupancy interval, such as member/company and membership name.

Retention Legacy Dashboards

Memberships

Gives an overview and details of new/terminated memberships.

Key Differences

  • New visualizations are added to the dashboard. The table from the Legacy dashboard can be found below.
  • The new Memberships dashboard takes into account whether the customer has had this membership before. If they did, it will not be considered as new or terminated.
    Example:
    • A customer had a 6-month membership for a dedicated desk that came to an end.
    • The customer decided to extend it, so the same membership will be re-assigned to them.
    • The report will not consider this customer as Active because they haven’t churned and haven’t signed up for a new membership.

Members

Provides detailed information about new/terminated members.

Key Differences

  • New visuals are added with new representations of the metrics.

Bookings & Utilization Dashboards

Resource Utilization

Provides an overview of the utilization of bookable resources.

Key Differences

  • The report now takes into account the occurrences of each booking. Previously, only the first occurrence of a booking was considered for the utilization calculation. Now, each occurrence will be counted.

Bookings

  • Do you plan to add plan, account, and plan type filters in the new Memberships dashboard? I find them really useful in the Legacy version.
