In this report, you will be able to see the projected revenue of each of your customers based on the memberships, fees and accounts they are associated with. Learn more about what accounts are and how to manage them.
You can find the report in Analytics/Revenue/Projected Revenue.
Note: The values here only represent the projected revenue. For the actual invoiced revenue, please see this article.
At the top of the page, you will see that there are date filters. They allow you to select the period for which you would like to view data. Additionally, you're able to search for specific customers from the search bar.
Above, you can see two tabs called By Member and By Location. This lets you view report data on a member or location basis, depending on your needs.
The data you see is broken down by accounts. The numbers that you see next to each account are constructed by summing the amount of each billing plan associated with the specific account.
Please note that all of the amounts here are calculated from the base amount of the billing plans and do not include the taxes applied to each account.
By default, the accounts that you'll be able to see are:
- Membership Fees
- One-off Fees
- One-off Fees (Deposits)
- Booking Fees
Note: These names may differ from what you see in your report as the accounts can be renamed.
At the top of each report you're looking at, you will see that there's a Total section that sums all numbers by accounts in order to display the total projected revenue for all members or for all locations.
Under the Total section, the data will be broken down by members or location depending on which tab is open.
Note: Any memberships that do not span the entire month that you are currently viewing will be prorated accordingly. Example: a membership starts on the 10th and ends on the 30th. That's 21 days, so the system will prorate that according to the proration settings specified in Settings/Billing. Learn more about how proration works in OfficeRnD.
Like all our reports, this data can be exported by clicking on the Export button in the top right corner of the page.
