In this report, you will be able to see the projected revenue of each of your customers based on the assigned memberships and fees and the accounts with which they are associated.
You can find this report in Reports/Projected Revenue.
Note: The values here only represent the projected revenue, for the actual invoiced revenue, please see our article here.
More on what accounts are and how to manage them here.
At the top of the page, you will see that there are date filters so that you can select the period for which you would like to view data.
Additionally, you will be able to search for specific customers by using the search bar.
Below that you will see that there are two tabs called By Member and By Location - this lets you view data on a member or a location basis, depending on what you need at the moment.
The actual data you will be able to see is broken down by accounts - the numbers that you see next to each account are constructed by summing the amount of each billing plan associated with the specific account.
Please note that all of the amounts here are for the base amount of the billing plans and do not include the taxes applied to each account.
By default, the accounts that you'll be able to see are:
- Membership Fees
- One-off Fees
- One-off Fees (Deposits)
- Booking Fees
Note: These names may differ from what you see in your report since the accounts can be renamed.
At the top of each report you're looking at, you will see that there's a Total section that sums all numbers by accounts in order to display the total projected revenue either for all members or for all locations.
Under the Total section, the data will be broken down by members or location depending on which tab you've currently selected.
Note: Any memberships that do not span the whole month that you are currently viewing will be prorated accordingly. Example: A membership starts on the 10th and ends on the 30th - since that is 21 days, the system will prorate that, according to the proration settings you have specified in Settings/Billing. More on how proration works in OfficeRnD here.
