Allocating resources and monitoring their usage for a given period of time is crucial for your business. The utilization of meeting rooms by means of average booking duration, total booking hours and amount of bookings per month can give you useful insights on how to improve the experience for your customers when booking rooms.
Room Utilization Report
The Room Utilization Report is available under Reports/Room Utilization Report. It offers information about the usage of your meeting rooms based on the bookings made within a given period of time.
The data is presented in a table where each row represents a single meeting room. A row contains the following columns:
|Name||The name of the meeting room.|
|Utilization||The meeting room utilization in percentages for the currently selected month. This value is calculated by taking into account all working days within the selected month and the total hours booked for the room in relation to the working days.|
|Booking Hours||The total amount of hours booked for the selected month.|
|Bookings Count||The number of bookings made in the room during the selected month.|
|Average Booking Duration||The average duration of a booking in the selected month.|
Exporting the Room Utilization Report
You can export the Room Utilization Report to a CSV file that can be opened with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and similar programs. To download the CSV file click the export button available on the top-right of the page.
