OfficeRnD offers you to send messages to individuals members of the space which they would be receiving in their members portal.
Sending messages as an admin
You can send messages to all your contacts or to all active members of the space through the "Message" section in "Collaboration".
There is also an option to send the same message as an email to a contact to their registered email address in the system.
Sending messages as a member
In OfficeRND you can also allow your members to communicate with each other by using our "Messages" functionality.
In order to enable this, you need to first go to "Settings"->"Apps"->"Member Pages".
Here you can enable the section called "Messages" - once you do it will become available for all of your active members - please see our article on member statuses, in order to find out which members can be active.
Once the feature is enabled every member will have a tab called "Messages" in the members portal.
There they'll be able to see a list of all of the members that appear in the system.
It's possible that some of the names don't have an email, they can still receive messages, but the option "Send an email" won't work for them.
All messages that are exchanged are going to be recorded so members can keep track of their conversations between each other.
