The OfficeRnD native mobile app can help your community connect and offers members a way to check-in, book rooms, review upcoming events, and more - all on-the-go!
OfficeRnD Members has four different sections which give you easy access to the different aspects of co-working. You can find the navigation bar on the bottom of the screen, and it offers the following options:
When you first log in, you will find yourself in the Feed section. Here, you will find the following options and sections:
Book a Room
We knew that one of the most used features in a mobile app would be to book rooms on demand, which is why we added this option at the very top. The option will redirect you to the Bookings section of the app. You can learn more about making use of it below.
When you are just starting your time in a new community, things can be a little overwhelming. That's why we added a quick and easy way to view the community's rules and guides as soon as you log in.
We understand that a busy day can make keeping track of your schedule difficult. Due to that, we wanted to make it easy to keep track of your upcoming bookings - and now you can do this with a glance!
This is where you will find all the news, posts, and announcements related to your space. Tap on any post to view more information about it and add events to your calendar!
When you open the Offices section, you will find that it has its own four sub-sections listed at the top of the page:
This is where you can find all How-to Guides. They can help you find out what the general member rules are, how to set up your printer, who to contact in case of emergency, and so on. You will also find a Contact Us form in case you'd like to reach out to the space's staff.
Here, you'll be able to find a list of upcoming events and view more information about them. You can also find a list of all previous events and their organizers.
Here, you can find a list of companies that belong to your community! You can search for specific companies or discover opportunities for collaboration. Each company has a list of members so you can easily find and contact someone specific.
Your data is safe with OfficeRnD. Companies and Members only share as much of their information as they want. You can completely hide your profile from the Members Portal and Mobile app in the Account section.

External custom pages
Links to external custom pages will be also visible in the OfficeRnD Members app.
This is where you can book meeting rooms and review your bookings. Here, you will find two sections:
This section contains a list of all Meeting Rooms and their rates, how many people a room could accommodate, and what their occupancy looks like for the next few hours.
Tap on a room and you can get a better view of its occupancy, check more details about its Pricing and Cancelation Policy, and proceed to book it.
One of the best options here is the Room Filter that you can find on the top-right of the Rooms page. It lets you search for Rooms that fit your needs according to the starting time and date, duration, and the number of people in attendance.
Here, you will find a list of your upcoming bookings. The preview of each booking will tell you more about the time and location.
You can also find a handy Reference Number that can help when discussing bookings internally, or with the Space's staff.
Tap on a booking to see a more detailed view and edit it if you'd like. You can also find a list of all of your past bookings should you need to.
This is where you can check-in, manage your profile, and review your billing data:
This is where you can choose how much of your profile you share with your community. You can choose to completely hide your profile, or to only hide your details or socials.
This is where you can review your business and personal invoices with the space. The mobile app offers a preview that lists the most important details, but you can also tap on the invoice to see the invoice document as a PDF.

- Push Notifications
We highly recommend that you also enable automatic updates for the app. This means that you will get the latest version on your device as soon as we push an update:
- To turn on auto-update for the app, go to the app page in the Google Play Store.
- Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
- Tick off Auto-update.
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- To enable all automatic app updates, turn on the green switch next to Updates.
- If you want to automatically update apps, but only when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, leave updates on and turn off Use Mobile Data instead.
