Change the Member Portal Language

Introduction

It is common to have a member portal translated in different languages. This way, members can switch to the language they prefer.

How To Switch Languages

  1. Log in to the Member portal.
  2. Click on your profile icon.
  3. Click on My Profile.
  4. Use the drop-down menu under the Settings tab to switch to a different language.

Enable Language Switching

To let members switch languages, admins must choose the suitable languages and make them available for members. Navigate to Settings/Localization tab. Enter the desired languages into the Members Portal Languages field. A list of supported languages is available below it.

You can also choose the default language from the drop-down menu.
