The Request Approval functionality in OfficeRnD is part of your Booking Policies. It's useful when you want more control over the bookings that your customers make through the public calendar or the members portal. The video explains how to approve bookings requested by customers through the public pages.
Action Items
1. Review your Booking Policies under Settings/Platform.
2. Under Settings/My Account/Emails, make sure you've added either a General email address to receive system notifications, or a specific one for the booking notifications only (learn more).
3. Check the email notification in your mailbox to open the customer profile and review the booking request.
