The Request Approval functionality in OfficeRnD is part of your Booking Policies and is used when you want to have more control over the bookings that your customers make through the public calendar page or the member portal. If you've already enabled it, you can now see how to approve a booking that a customer has requested through the portal.
1. Review your Booking Policies under Settings/Platform.
2. Make sure that under Settings/My Account/Emails you've added either a General email address to receive system notifications or a specific one for the booking notifications only (learn more).
The same can be done for each individual location under Space/Locations (edit the location to review the settings there).
3. Check the email notification you've received in your mailbox to open the customer's profile and review the booking request.
