Admin Email Notifications:
- Admin assigned to an issue - this notification is sent when a ticket is assigned to an admin. You can learn more about the tickets and the ticketing system here.
- Contract Declined - this notification is sent when a contract was sent for e-signature but the member declined it. You can see the reason for declining and resend the contract again. You can learn more about eSing here.
- Contract eSigned - this notification is sent when a contract is successfully e-signed by the member. After that, you can finalize the process by signing the contract.
- Contract Requires Attention - this notification is sent when a contract is signed but the process can't be finished due to errors.
- New Comment on issue - this notification is sent when there is a new comment on an existing ticket.
- OfficeRnD - Added member to team - this notification is sent when a new member is added to a company by a contact person.
- OfficeRnD - Awaiting Approval Fee - This notification is sent when there is a One-Off fee that needs approval.
- OfficeRnD - Cancellation Request - this notification is sent when a member requests a membership cancellation.

- OfficeRnD - Failed Payment - this notification is sent to admins when any payment fails.
- OfficeRnD - Member Booking Created - this notification is sent when a member books a meeting room.
- OfficeRnD - Member Booking Request - this notification is sent when a member requests to book a meeting room.
- OfficeRnD - Member Booking Updated - this notification is sent when a meeting room booking is changed.
- OfficeRnD - Member Checkout - this notification is sent when a member purchases a new plan or service.
- OfficeRnD - Member Feedback - this notification is sent when a member sends feedback.
- OfficeRnD - Member Join - this notification is sent when a member signs up to the members portal.
- OfficeRnD - Member Request - this notification is sent when a new member submits a request to join your space.
- OfficeRnD - Public Booking Created - this notification is sent when a customer books a meeting room from the public calendar.
- OfficeRnD - Public Booking Request - this notification is sent when a customer requests to book a meeting from the public calendar. These bookings should be approved by an admin.
- OfficeRnD - Trial about to expire - this notification is sent to the admins when the trial period of the organization is about to expire.
- OfficeRnD - Trial has expired - this notification is sent to the admins when the trial period of the organization has expired.
- OfficeRnD - Upcoming tentative booking - this notification is sent when a booking needs to be approved by admin.

- Payment Details Removed - this notification is sent when a member removes the payment details from their profile or their company's profile.
