When you would like to see how many credits you have and your credit transaction history, it can be done from the Members Portal.
How to see remaining credits and credit transaction history in the Members Portal?
- Click on "Credits" in the "Billing" dropdown menu.
Here you can see how many credits you have left for the month, their type and which resources are they valid for.
How to view credit transaction history?
The credit transaction history can be seen by clicking the orange arrow on the right side of the screen.
Here you can see any positive or negative transactions, the time they occurred, and details such as for which booking they were spent or from which plan were they added.
The negative transactions can be filtered out of the history with the "Display negative transactions" checkbox.
