How To Set Up Hierarchical Meeting Rooms

Our Hierarchical Meeting Rooms feature which will allow you to manage your flexible meeting spaces in an easy way. You are able to define a child-parent relationship between your meeting rooms which will then result as booked slots on the meeting rooms calendars.



Action Items:

1. Start with enabling the feature under Settings/Resource types.

2. Define which rooms will be listed as children of one or multiple parent meeting rooms under Space/Meeting rooms.
