Flex Data Hub - Analytics Overview

 

Summary

The Analytics Overview dashboard provides a condensed view of all key metrics tracked in the typical Flex Workspace. Please note, that the data you see on the dashboard can be filtered through the Location selector on the top.

Updates to the Data Hub data start at 00:15 UTC and repeat every 2 hours afterwards. A sync takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. Users can see the updated data after the sync has completed.

The available widgets are listed below.

Revenue

  • Total Revenue Chart - A chart displaying the total revenue for the last 6 months, broken down by revenue account.
  • Membership Revenue - the prorated sum of all membership fees that have a start date (or are active) in the current month. Deposits and TAX are NOT included.
  • One-off Revenue - the prorated sum of all one-off and booking fees that have a start date in the current month. Deposits and TAX are NOT included.

Occupancy

  • Desk Occupancy - The share of occupied desks at the beginning (the 1st) of the month from the total available desks at the beginning (the 1st) of the month.
  • Occupied Desk Rate - The revenue generated by each occupied desk. The metric is calculated by dividing the Resource Revenue by the Occupied Desks of the respective resource type for all resources that were available at the beginning (the 1st) of the respective month.
  • Available Desk Rate - The revenue generated by each available desk. The metric is calculated by dividing the Resource Revenue by the Available Desks of the respective resource type for all resources that were available at the beginning (the 1st) of the respective month.
  • Desk Occupancy Chart - A chart displaying the desk occupancy for the last 6 months.

Customers

  • New Customers - The number of new customers or customers that signed up with you again at least a month after canceling. The customer count is comprised of both companies and/or individual members (i.e. members without a company).
  • Lost Customers - The number of customers that left during the current month. The customer count is comprised of both companies and/or individual members (i.e. members without a company).
  • Active Customers Chart - The number of customers that were active (had at least one active membership) during the last 6 months. The customer count is comprised of both companies and/or individual members (i.e. members without a company).

Memberships

  • New Memberships - The number of memberships with a start date in the current month.
  • Lost Memberships - The number of memberships with an end date in the current month.
  • Active Memberships Chart - The number of memberships that were active in the last 6 months.

Bookings

Bookings Scorecards

  • Tentative Bookings - The number of bookings that are not confirmed and require your approval (bookings with the status “Tentative”) in the current month.
  • Paid Bookings - The number of paid bookings in the current month.
  • Total Bookings Chart - The number of total bookings in the last 6 months.

Invoices

  • Overdue Invoices - The SUM of all invoice amounts that are overdue in the current month.
  • Failed Invoices - The SUM of all invoice amounts with a failed payment in the current month.
  • Invoiced Amount Chart - The SUM of all invoice amounts issued in the last 6 months. Deposits, TAX, and processing fees ARE included.
