1. In the profile of the customer find the deposit fee that you want to refund.
2. Issue a credit note for the deposit and mark it as refunded.
Note: OfficeRnD does not handle the process of returning the money to the customer's bank account/CC, in the platform you can only record the successful completion of the refund.
