🏢 Space Operator / Community Manager Guide
We know you have a lot going on in your space and your time is precious. This guide covers many of the tasks and operations that you will need to perform on a daily basis as you manage members within the building and software.

Adding New Members & Companies 👨👩👦
When a freelancer wants to join your community you can add them as a member within your portal. You can also create a Company which houses a group of members under one membership plan. This will be managed by the contact person.
Applying Memberships 💳
Once a member or company has been added into the system you can apply a membership that will charge them on a reoccurring basis.
Invite a Member to the Portal 🌌
After you have set up the member and plan it is time to invite them into your Members Portal! This will allow your members to pay invoices, book meeting rooms, and view upcoming events!
Booking Meeting Rooms 📅
Members can book rooms through the members portal. You can also book rooms for your members or public within OfficeRnD if they make a request.
Generating an Invoice 🧾
You can add and charge members invoices manually.
Terminate a Membership Plan ⌛
If your member gives notice they are leaving you will need to end their membership within the system.
