In OfficeRND you're able to view and send to a customer a statement of accounts.
This is a summary of all the invoices, both paid and unpaid for the specific customer for a chosen period of time.
There's a date filter, which you can use to specify from which date onward you'd like to see invoices, that way you won't see the full list of invoices every time.
This statement is visible for both individual members and for companies.
At the bottom of the list of invoices you'll see the total amount due for the customer.
Note: The amount due that is shown in the statement of accounts takes into account the specified date in the date filter.
If there are overdue invoices with an issue date before the chosen date in the filter then they won't be taken into account when calculating the total due amount.
What can I do with the statement of accounts
In the window for the statement of accounts you can add payments to the invoices in the list.
Please, see our article on how to add payments here.
There's also an export button, which you can use to download a .pdf file of the statement - more on that later.
You have the ability to send the statement as well. There's a "Send" button, which you can use to send the statement to the customer's email.
Note: The statement of accounts is always going to be sent to the billing person of the company - all of them if there are multiple and not the company email.
How to edit the statement of accounts
Like with the invoices in the platform, there's a separate template for the statement of accounts. Currently there'a single template for it, so unlike with the invoice templates you can't create multiple templates and use different ones on demand.
The template can be found in "Settings"->"Templates"->"Invoices". The template itself is called "Statement".
You can use the text editor to make any changes to the layout and content of the template.
All of the currently exposed properties for the template are going to be visible in the "Insert Property" drop-down.
There's also a separate email template for the statement of accounts that accompanies the .pdf file, whenever a statement is sent to a company/member.
This template can be found in "Settings"->"Templates"->"Member Emails". Like the previous template, the email template is called "Statement" .
Here you'll be able to change the content of the email that is being sent along with the statement .
