Assign Dedicated Desks

With OfficeRnD Hybrid you can assign dedicate desks to specific employees thus indicating where each employee sits when in the office. The best place to start is on the floorplan.

  • Navigate to Space/Locations.
  • Click to open the floor on which you want to assign desks to employees.
  • On the floorplan, click to select a dedicated desk.
  • On the right-hand side, click Assign.
  • Select a team.
  • Select an employee.
  • Set the Start Date to indicate as of which date the desk is assigned to the employee.
  • Optionally, set the End Date to indicate when the employee will vacate the desk.
