In OfficeRnD Hybrid, your employees can be checked in for coming to the office and then checked out when leaving. This way you can track presence and analyze office usage.
Checking In
- As an Admin, you can check in an employee from:
- Their Profile page
- Directory/Who's in where you have a list of all employees and you can see who is currently checked in
- Their Profile page
- Employees can check themselves in from:
- The OfficeRnD Hybrid Work app
- The Officernd Hybrid Reception app
Checking Out
- As an Admin, you can check out an employee from:
- Their Profile page
- Directory/Who's in where you have a list of all employees and you can see who is currently checked in
- Their Profile page
- Employees can check themselves out from:
- The OfficeRnD Hybrid Work app
- The Officernd Hybrid Reception app
If there is no manual Check-out, the system is going to check out everyone that has been checked in at midnight.
