The Employees report allows you to track desk bookings and related metrics along with Workplace Policy compliance for a particular employee or employees.
To initiate the dashboard, please choose the relevant employees from the Employee filter (as shown below) and click on the Refresh button .
The dashboard data is updated every 2 hours.
Included Metrics
- Profile - Photo (if available), Team, Location, and the Workplace policy that the employee has been assigned to.
- Desk bookings - The number of bookings for resources defined as Desk on the Office Map for the selected 3 months (by default).
- Confirmed Desk Bookings - The number of bookings for resources defined as Desk on the Office Map for today, last week, last month, and last 3 months.

Canceled Desk Bookings - The number of canceled bookings for resources defined as Desk on the Office Map for today, last week, last month, and last 3 months. Canceled bookings are split into Automatic and Manual cancellations.
- Most Preferred Desks - Desks booked the most during the selected period.
- Desk Booking, by Day of the Week - Desk bookings by day of the week for the selected period.
- Compliance with Weekly Policies - % of weekly compliance for the current week and 4 past weeks. The widget will load results only for week-based policies.

Compliance with Monthly Policies - % of monthly compliance for the current month and the past 4 months. The widget will load results only for month-based policies.
