1. It would be great to be able to search across members and companies from the dashboard. A visual tag or icon for each class would be helpful in the search results to avoid confusion.
2. The relationship between Companies and Members in the admin front end. It makes sense why these objects are structured the way they are in the database, but it can lead to confusion for users on the front end.
Pain point: When there is a single member who is attached to a company, it’s hard to tell where the payment details are stored. Sometimes we enter them twice, sometimes not at all and often staff will assign membership to the wrong.
I realize it's possible to create a company for each freelancer, but this creates a bunch of dummy companies with human names which isn't ideal.
I also realize it's possible to turn off the use personal payment details feature, but we do use this occasionally.
An ideal solution would be one that surfaces the information when an admin is viewing a member profile. E.g. a tag that says "payment details stored with company" or a prompt that pops up when you attempt to attach a membership or payment details to a member "This member is attached to a company with payment details on file, do you want to proceed"
