Updated over a month ago

This dashboard shows the amount of time your offices have been available, occupied, or unavailable during the selected timeframe.

Dashboard filters

Alongside the standard filters in the Data Hub, this dashboard allows you to specify the number of bars you want to see on the timeline chart. This is especially helpful when managing multiple offices, as the chart can become overcrowded.

By default, the dashboard displays only 25 offices on the timeline chart. You can adjust the displayed resources using the "Number of Results" filter.

Occupancy Intervals

This timeline chart illustrates the statuses of your office resources throughout the selected timeframe. Move your cursor over each line to view the exact number of days a resource has remained in that status.

Occupancy Intervals List

This table offers a detailed overview of each resource's status within the selected timeframe and the length of each interval. Additionally, it displays any child resources that are occupied during that interval.
