The homepage in the Admin Portal is unique for each admin in your organization. You can customize it according to your needs, which helps improve your efficiency and provides a clearer overview of the most important data relevant to you.

The static widget is located on the right side of the homepage. It contains the following sections:

Data widgets are customizable components that display specific metrics and insights. During the configuration process, you can select the data to display based on your needs. Most widgets have a standard set of configurable features accessible through the widget settings dialog.

Widgets can filter information by location. This filtering works according to your access permissions or the global location settings, ensuring you only see data relevant to the locations you are authorized to view.

Users can only use widgets to access data for the modules they have permission to view. For example, if a user can access only the Community, Space, and Calendar modules, they cannot access the Billing module or use the Billing widget. Learn how to manage user access →
