Discount codes let you offer reduced rates to visitors booking resources through the public calendar in the Member Portal. When a code is applied, the booking cost is automatically adjusted by the set discount.

Before you start
Make sure you have completed your setup:
Allow discount codes on the public calendar
Follow these steps to enable discount codes for non-member bookings:
Go to Settings > Experience Hub > Public Pages.
Select Public Calendar Page and Discount codes.
Click Update at the bottom of the page.
When both settings are activated, non-members can apply discount codes while booking resources from the public calendar on the Member Portal.
Important details about discount codes
Keep these important points in mind when using discount codes for public bookings:
A discount code can be used only once per customer when booking through the public calendar.
