In the Balance dashboard, you can compare each customer's projected monthly revenue with the actual amounts invoiced to them.

Dashboard overview
The Balance dashboard compares the projected monthly revenue with the actual revenue.
The four charts at the top of the dashboard provide an overview of:
The total invoiced revenue for the selected period (including tax) compared with the projected revenue for the same period.
The projected and invoiced revenue amounts per month for the selected period.
A comparison between the projected amounts of one-off and recurring (membership) fees for the selected period.
A comparison of the paid and unpaid fees for the selected period.
Balance (table)
This table provides a detailed view of the projected and invoiced amounts for each customer in the selected time period:
Deposit Collected* – the total amount of all paid deposit fees of the customer.
Deposit Refunded* – the total amount of deposit fees already refunded to the customer.
Deposit Held* – the total amount of paid deposit fees that have not been refunded to the customer.
One-Off Fees – the total amount of one-off fees issued to the customer in the chosen period, regardless of their payment status.
Paid One-Off Fees – the total amount of paid one-off fees issued to the customer in the chosen period.
Unaid One-Off Fees – the total amount of unpaid one-off fees issued to the customer in the chosen period.
Recurring Fees – the total projected amount of prorated membership fees for the customer, based on their existing memberships.
Projected Total – the total projected revenue from all one-off and recurring fees.
Invoiced Total – the total amount invoiced to the customer in the chosen period.
* Please note that the columns related to deposits are not affected by the "Month" filter and always show values as of the current day.
