[Workplace] Add Office Amenities

Well-designed office amenities are critical to a successful workplace, as they provide a range of benefits for employees and employers. Some examples of amenities are video conferencing and whiteboards in the Meeting Rooms, docking stations, and dual monitors for desks.

We enable you to list all available office amenities to facilitate your employees' choice of a room or a desk to book in OfficeRnD Workplace.


Add office amenities

To add your office amenities,

  1. Go to Workplace > Amenities.

  2. Click Add Amenity

  3. Set a title and icon to represent the amenity.

Apply amenities to a resource

Once you have all of your amenities, you can edit a resource and add any amenities to it.
