Workplace Admin Platform Explained

The Workplace Admin Platform allows you to manage your workplace. This is where you will begin adding your office maps, resources, and other important data.

Note: The Flex Admin operators added to the organization and the Contact Person of a member company can access the Admin platform. Click here to learn more.

Note: The easiest way to transfer your office maps is to take screenshots of your existing floor plans in Flex without the Occupancy and Availability layers and follow the instructions:

People

The People Management module allows admins to remove members from the organization as a means to control which members from a company they are paying for. Simply select the member(s) and click on the Remove button:

The following rules apply:

  • Removed members will still see the My Office tab but will no longer have access to it.

  • We won’t charge customers for removing members.

  • No changes are made in the OfficeRnD Flex accounts of removed members.

  • The removed members can be returned by clicking on the Sync button in the User Provisioning Integration. Click here to learn more.

Data Hub

The Data Hub page contains the following views:

  • Overview - the general one, displaying a summary of key metrics for Desks, Spaces, and Employees. From this dashboard, you are able to see the number of bookings per employee and team.

  • Desks - shows metrics for resources defined as Desk on the Office Maps. If you have multiple such resources you can narrow it down to a specific resource type or a specific resource using the filters. The dashboard is focused only on bookable resources and doesn’t include assignable resources.

  • Spaces - shows metrics for resources defined as Space on the Office Maps. If you have multiple such resources you can narrow it down to a specific resource type or a specific resource using the filters. The dashboard is focused only on bookable resources and doesn’t include assignable resources.

  • Employees - track desk bookings and related metrics.

  • Workplace Policies Compliance Overview & Detailed View - track employee presence.
