Ezidebit is a payment gateway that lets your members pay for services and memberships directly from OfficeRnD via Direct Debit. Before we dive into details, you might want to check what other payment gateway integrations we offer.
Never disconnect a payment integration if you have pending payments!
Activate the Ezidebit integration
If you don’t have an Ezidebit account, go to https://www.ezidebit.com/and create one.
Open OfficeRnD and go to Settings > Integrations.
Find Ezidebit as an option under Payment Gateways and click Add.
Note: If you have multiple locations, you can set an individual configuration for each one, or one for all of them.
4. Next, you must get a Public Key and a Digital Key from Ezidebit. Reach out to Ezidebit and ask them to send you both keys.
Note: You can use the same Public and Digital Keys for all of the different locations.
5. Back in Settings > Integrations, click Configure under the Ezidebit integration and enter both keys.
6. Click Done and the integration will connect.
Important: The connection between OfficeRnD and Ezidebit is based on a member's email address. Payment information will sync as long as the address is the same across both systems.
