Resolution

Cannot update membership's start date when the membership was invoiced

Usually, the error occurs when the company/member start date is after the membership start date. In this case, the company/member start date should be updated, as it cannot be later than the membership start date.

User has existing permissions

An error occurs when attempting to add an admin if the member's portal access is enabled. To resolve this, disable the member's portal access and grant admin permissions. They will receive member portal access by default once permissions are assigned.

You can't book hourly slots, please contact your hosts for more information

The issue seems to come from the resource having only day and half-day rates, but not an hourly one. Potential scenarios:

1.Add an hourly rate

2.Set the resource type "Meeting Room" to "Date" instead of "Time"

A visitor with this email already exists

The pop-up appeared when the guests had previously registered with different names. Even slight deviations in the way they are filling their names could lead to the issue.

You need to set organization or location signer first

The error is related to the E-sign functionality and occurs if no email and name are specified at the organization and location levels for the contract recipient.

Member’s email is different from the log-in one. Please disable and enable their access to update the log-in email.

The member access portal should be enabled and disabled to send a new invitation link.

Error Code 502

General code, which represents a delay in server requests and time-out. Reasons may vary with specific situations.

You can not edit a check in with a preset period

The error occurs if there is a preset period for check-in/check-out and you attempt to manually check out the member earlier. Usually, the system automatically checks the member out once the time elapses.
