The Contracts Details dashboard offers a detailed view of the contracts created within your organization and their monthly payments.
The dashboard displays projected contract values distributed across all months in the selected date range. These projections do not account for invoicing settings or include tax, so the monthly values shown on the dashboard may not directly correspond to the values on individual contracts.
Note: All dashboard visualizations are based on contracts. To view memberships—including those not linked to contracts—please refer to the Occupancy Rates and Memberships dashboards.
Before you start
Dashboard overview
The three widgets at the top of the dashboard offer an overview of the total value of contracts in the selected timeframe:
Total Contract Value – The value of active contracts during the selected period, with discounts applied. This metric only includes the value of contracts in the selected period.
Contract Value by Month – The contract value growth for each month in the selected period.
Contract Value by Contract Type – The distribution of contract value between contract types in the selected period.
Filter the dashboard
In addition to standard filters, the dashboard includes a toggle called "Exclude Unsigned Contracts," which lets you exclude unsigned contracts from all visualizations and calculations. This is useful if you only want to explore the value of contracts customers have signed and committed to.
The dashboard also includes a "Prorate Values" toggle switch, which allows you to choose whether the calculations include proration for the first and/or last month of a contract (when applicable).
Rent Roll
The Rent Roll table provides a monthly breakdown of contract value, split by customer, contract, and contract item. Three types of contract items can be shown for each contract, depending on the contract type:
Resources – Represent the resources (such as Private Offices and Dedicated Desks) included in the contract. The number of desks is based on the Size parameter of the contract item. Resources with no Size parameter (such as Office Desks) are included as single Desks.
Services – All recurring plans added to the contract.
One-Off Fees – All one-off plans added to the contract.
If a contract is configured to roll and has reached a stage that leads to the automatic creation of rolling memberships, these will be included as separate items in the table.
