The Events dashboard provides an overview of events, RSVPs, and capacity utilization. Right-click any value of the charts to drill into it and see responders to events and send them reminders.
Before you start
Dashboard overview
The six widgets at the top of the dashboard provide an overview of data for your organization's events:
Events – The total number of events starting in the selected time frame. Click this widget to view the full list of events.
RSVPs – Shows the total number of RSVP responses to events within the selected time frame. Clicking this widget reveals all individual responses.
Average RSVPs per Event – Shows the average number of RSVP responses per event during the selected time frame.
Average Event Duration – Shows the average duration of all events in hours, calculated over the selected time frame.
Events by Location
This chart visualizes the number of events organized at each location during the selected time frame.
Events by Organizer
This chart shows a ranking of members and companies by the number of events organized by them within the selected time frame. Events without an organizer are grouped under "Not Specified".
RSVP Distribution
This chart displays the proportion of "Yes" and "Interested" RSVP responses across all events in the selected time frame.
Events List
A detailed table containing the following data for each event:
Location – The location where the event is organized.
Event – The title of the event.
Organizer – The member or team who organized the event, if specified.
Date – The date of the event.
Start – The start date of the event.
End – The end date of the event.
Duration – The total duration of the event in hours.
Capacity – The maximum number of attendees the event can accommodate, if specified.
“Yes” Responses – The total number of attendees who RSVP’d "Yes".
“Interested” Responses – The total number of attendees who RSVP’d "Interested".
Capacity Utilization – The percentage of the event's capacity filled based on the total “Yes” RSVPs.
