The Posts Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of post activity within your organization. It displays key metrics, visual insights, and detailed information about posts, their creators, and the locations where they were shared. The dashboard also includes insights into post engagement, highlighting the total number of posts with interactions such as comments and reactions (likes).

Before you start

Dashboard overview

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find high-level metrics summarizing post activity for the selected time period:

Published Posts – The number of posts that have been published.
Post Creators – The total number of individuals who created posts.
Post with Engagements – The total number of published posts with engagements.
Post Engagements – The total number of engagements on posts, including both comments and reactions (likes).
Post Likes – The total number of reactions (likes) on posts.
Post Comments – The total number of comments made on posts
Comment Likes – The total number of reactions (likes) on comments.

Total Posts by Post Type

This chart shows the distribution of posts by type: Event, Info, or Important.

Total Posts by Creator Type

This chart illustrates the distribution of posts by creator role: Member or Admin.

Locations Ranked by Number of Posts

This chart ranks selected locations by the number of posts created during the chosen period. Draft posts are included and visually highlighted in red.

Total Posts by Month

This chart illustrates post creation trends over time by displaying the total number of posts (including drafts) created each month during the selected period.

Posts List

This table provides a comprehensive list of all posts created during the selected period, including the name, description, type, creator, and post engagements.
