Knowing how many members complete your surveys is useful. Knowing why completion drops off, which questions go unanswered, and how ratings trend month over month is where the real insight is. The Survey Insights dashboard in Data Hub gives you that view: aggregate engagement metrics, per-question response breakdowns, and a full individual-response table, all of which are filterable by date range and survey.
The dashboard has 2 date filters — Survey Creation Date and Completion Date — that work independently. Understanding how they interact is important before reading the data. See the date filter behavior below.
Before you start
Date filter behavior
The default date range for both the Survey Creation Date and Completion Date filters is the last 6 months. These filters work independently, and in long-running surveys, their interaction can cause responses to disappear from the dashboard even when members are still completing the survey.
This happens when a survey was created outside the selected Survey Creation Date range. For example, a 'Post-Booking' survey created in January will stop appearing in results after July if the Survey Creation Date filter is set to the last 6 months, even if members are still completing it in August, September, and beyond.
If you're analyzing long-running surveys (such as Post Booking surveys), expand the Survey Creation Date filter to Last 12 Months or This Year to make sure all responses are included.
