Dashboard overview
The six widgets at the top of the dashboard provide a quick overview of how members engage with your digital platforms, helping you quickly identify trends and recent changes in portal adoption and usage.
Member invitation and login metrics
These widgets show how many members were invited or logged in, either ever or in the last 30 days:
Active Members Ever Invited – The total number of members ever invited to the Member Portal who were active this month.
Active Members Invited - Last 30 Days – The total number of members invited to the Member Portal in the last 30 days who were active this month.
Active Members Ever Logged In – The total number of members who have ever logged in to the Member Portal or Mobile App and were active this month.
Active Members Logged In - Last 30 Days – The total number of members who logged in at least once in the last 30 days and were active this month.
Member engagement metrics
These widgets show how many active members made purchases or bookings, either ever or in the last 30 days:
Active Members with Engagement Ever – The total number of members who have ever purchased a membership, one-off, made a booking, or placed an order through the Member Portal or Mobile App and were active this month.
Active Members with Engagement - Last 30 Days – The total number of members who have purchased a membership, one-off, made a booking, or placed an order through the Member Portal or Mobile App in the last 30 days and were active this month.
Active Members with Bookings Ever – The total number of members who have ever made a booking through the Member Portal or Mobile App and were active this month.
Active Members with Bookings - Last 30 Days – The total number of members who made at least one booking in the last 30 days and were active this month.

This widget shows the total number of active members split by specific actions:
Received an invitation to the Member Portal
Logged in to the Member Portal
Purchased a membership or one-off
Made a booking on the Member Portal
Placed an order on the Member Portal

Active Members Never Logged In, Never Invited
This widget displays a list of active members who have never logged in to the Member Portal or Mobile App and have never received an invitation from a space or office administrator.

What makes a member "active" in the Experience Hub?
A member is considered active if they had an "active" status at any point during the current month.
Why are some active members listed as never logged in and never invited?
These members were manually added or activated in the system but were never sent an invitation or accessed the Member Portal or Mobile App.
Can I filter the dashboard data by location?
Yes. To see engagement by location, use the “Active Members Engagement by Location” and “Active Members Engagement by Location - Last 30 Days” widgets.
