✨ What's New

Email Announcements in Flex

No more juggling tools to get the word out. With Email Announcements, you can send branded, targeted emails right from Flex—whether it's a new product, event, or important update. Hit inboxes fast, stay on brand, and reach exactly who you want, all without leaving the platform.

Resources With Flexible Capacity

Say goodbye to duplicating desk resources or babysitting shared space bookings. Now you can create a single resource with set capacity (for example, 15 lounge seats), and Flex handles the rest—availability, bookings, and tracking, all automated. Hot Desks, group bookings, office sharing, lounges... It's all easier (and way cleaner) now.

⚡ Optimizations

Granular Data Hub Permissions in Flex

No more all-or-nothing Data Hub access. Now you can fine-tune dashboard visibility by admin role, so your Event Manager sees RSVPs but skips the financial charts. The right data, to the right people, at the right time.

New settings structure in Flex

Settings are now grouped by the main hubs, rather than scattered in categories that didn't always make sense. The new structure is more intuitive and easier to navigate. No more headscratching and expanding of menus to find where to configure your business hours.

Improved email branding in Visitor Hub

Every email from Visitor Hub now auto-matches your Flex email layout—logo, header, footer, and all. No extra setup. Just clean, consistent messages that look as good as your brand deserves.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Custom cancellation policies in booking emails were being shy.
Those fancy cancellation policy conditions in your booking emails weren't displaying correctly. We cleaned up the logic so your emails look polished and professional again.

  • Big day? Not all bookings were showing up.
If you had a super busy day (go you!) and more than 100 bookings, the calendar in the Admin Portal stopped showing them all. We fixed that. Your full booking list now loads, no one left behind.

  • Processing fee overrides = accidental reset to 0%
Global processing fee percentages were accidentally getting wiped to zero when location overrides were changed. Not cool. Your global processing fee values now stay exactly as you set them. Promise.

  • Rooms app sorting was a little... backwards.
Bookings in the Rooms app were sorted by creation date instead of start time. That's fixed—your bookings are now sorted by when they start.
