✨ What's New
[Visitor Hub] Default Notifications: The right people, pinged every time
Now you can set a default person (or people) to be notified for each visitor flow. Perfect for planned tours, vendor visits, or anything else that needs a heads-up. Whether it's a tour guide or a facilities manager, the right folks will always be in the loop.
You can choose to notify just the host, just the default contact, or both. And yes, multi-person support is built in (because sometimes, it takes a team).
[Visitor Hub] Custom Shortcut Buttons: Tap, scan, done
Make your tablet home screen work harder with Custom Shortcut Buttons. Add up to two buttons that link to Day Pass purchases or anything else you want: menus, booking links, even house rules.
When tapped, a QR code pops up for a smooth handoff to the visitor's phone. They scan and continue the flow securely, and your team saves time at the front desk.
[Visitor Hub] Badge Printing is here: Look official, stay secure
Visitor Hub now prints badges! Because sometimes a sticker with your name on it makes all the difference. Snap a visitor photo and generate a branded badge automatically during check-in. It is quick, compliant, and helps avoid those awkward “Are you supposed to be here?” moments.
You can enable badge printing per visitor flow, customize the design, and print via Bluetooth or WiFi. Already have a Brother printer lying around? Odds are, it will work like a charm.
[Data Hub] Last-used filter = your new default
You know how you always use the same filters on your dashboards? Now, the last one you used will stick around as the default. No more resetting filters every time you hop between dashboards in Data Hub.
It also makes sharing easier. Shared dashboard links now preserve filters, too, so your teammates can see exactly what you saw. No more “What filter were you using?” moments.
[Operations Hub] Approval rules that match your contracts
Different contracts, different rules—makes sense, right? You can now set different approval rules based on contract type. If your month-to-month and enterprise contracts follow different workflows, this update gives you full control.
Each contract type now has its own approval tab in settings. By default, it inherits the global rules, but with a single toggle, you can set unique thresholds that make sense for each type. Flexibility, unlocked.
