We strongly recommend keeping AI transparency enabled at all times. Clear disclosure supports user trust and helps reduce legal and regulatory risk across different jurisdictions, including regions where AI transparency is required by law (such as Article 50 of the EU AI Act, effective 2 August 2026). Customers who choose to disable AI disclosure are responsible for assessing whether this is appropriate for their specific use case and location, as doing so may increase compliance risk.
