Bulk Bookings For Teams And Employees

Introduction

The Bulk Bookings feature in OfficeRnD makes it possible to book desks for an entire team (or multiple team members) on a particular date or a recurring basis (i.e. every Tuesday) with just a few clicks.

  • This feature is available for Pro and Enterprise customers. Click here to learn more about our plans.
  • Meeting rooms and assigned resources are not eligible for bulk bookings. All other bookable resources (including desks and spaces) can be booked in bulk.

Enable Bulk Bookings

Bulk Bookings must be enabled by a Hybrid admin first. Navigate to Settings/Organization/Booking Permissions and enable Allow Bulk Bookings.

By default, you will be able to book 15 resources at once. The number can be increased to a maximum of 25 or decreased to a minimum of 2 from the picker.

5. Your bookings will be created and e-mail invitations will be sent to attendees.

Notes

1. Each attendee should be assigned to one of the selected resources and the booking should be processed.

2. If you select more resources than attendees, the unused resources will be disregarded.

3. If there is an error, and some or all bookings were not successfully completed, the system will:

  • Return the number of resources that were successfully booked, and the number that were NOT.
  • Return the reason for the error (i.e. Some resources were not available).
  • Return the names of any users who could not be booked.
