[Integration] Ezeep Blue

The printing software ezeep Blue is a cloud printing solution that connects all printers to Chrome OS and Android. It allows printers to be centrally managed and assigned to users regardless of location, even if the networks are separated. Integrating ezeep Blue with OfficeRnD Flex allows member printer access and billing.

Requirements

  • An active ezeep Blue for Coworking subscription plan. Subscribe to ezeep Blue →
  • An active OfficeRnD Flex subscription
  • One-off plans to set pricing for black-and-white and color printing (see below ↓)

Create one-off plans for black-and-white and color printing

Before activating and configuring the ezeep Blue integration, you must create one-off plans to set pricing for black-and-white and color printing.

  1. Go to Billing & Products > Plans.
  2. Click Add Plan and select One-off.



  3. Create a one-off plan for black-and-white printing.



  4. Create a one-off plan for color printing.

Connect ezeep Blue to OfficeRnD Flex

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. In the All Integrations section, select Printing and click Activate next to ezeep Blue.



  3. Click Connect next to ezeep Blue and sign in to your ezeep account.



Configure printing fees

To let your members print using ezeep Blue and manage the fees in your OfficeRnD account:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, and in the Active Integrations section, find ezeep Blue and click Configure.



  2. Click Go to Settings under Printing Fee Management.



  3. Map each size and type of printing copy to the one-off plans you have created in Flex. Doing this adds a fee for each page printed by members synced with ezeep Blue.
    The price of one copy will be the unit price of the selected plan. Paper sizes other than the ones you can map on this page will be charged with the cost of A4.



Sync members to ezeep Blue

To configure user synchronization between your Flex organization and your ezeep Blue organization:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations, and in the Active Integrations section, find ezeep Blue and click Configure.



  2. Click Go to Settings under User Management.



  3. Choose which users to sync and click Submit.
    • Sync all users – Sync all active members of your Flex organization with your ezeep Blue organization.
    • Sync users per plan – Sync members assigned to a selected plan with your ezeep Blue organization.

      Only members in your OfficeRnD organization with names and emails will be synchronized.



Assign printers to members

To manage groups and add printer access to the members:

  1. Log in to your ezeep Blue admin portal.
  2. Go to Users & Groups, open the Groups tab, and click Add Group.



  3. Enter the group details and click Create.



  4. Click ✎ to assign members and the printers to which these members will have access.



  5. All members added to a group will receive an invite to ezeep Blue per email. They must accept the invite and create an ezeep Blue account. Then, they can download the ezeep Blue app on a printer to start using it.
