When your core setup is complete, you can integrate OfficeRnD Flex with the tools you already use. Integrations reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall experience for both your team and your members. From payments and accounting to access control and printing, each integration adds automation and value to your daily workflows.
1. Payment integrations
OfficeRnD integrates with multiple payment processors, making payment collection easy.
With a payment gateway integration, you can:
Accept online payments via a "Pay Now" button in the Member Portal.
Require immediate card payment at the time of purchase and booking.
Automatically collect recurring payments for memberships.
Connect different payment gateway accounts per location.
2. Accounting integrations
OfficeRnD integrates with Xero and QuickBooks Online for automated, real-time sync with cloud-based accounting.
3. Door access integrations
Our door access integrations will provide secure and easy access control for your space. OfficeRnD has native integration with Brivo, KISI, Salto ProAccess, and Salto KS.
4. Sales CRM integrations
OfficeRnD integrates with CRM tools, thus saving you time and streamlining the communication between your sales and operations teams.
5. Printing integrations
With the native printing integrations in OfficeRnD Flex, you can manage the payment terms for printing for your community.
Note: Payments aren't collected instantly, even with a payment gateway integration, as these actions are managed outside OfficeRnD. If the clients don't have printing coins, fees will be generated according to your printing integration setup and can be manually invoiced or auto-invoiced during the next billing cycle.

Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) helps you simplify login management for your members and admin teams. With SSO, you reduce the number of passwords to remember, speed up the login process, and enhance security across your organization.

If your subscription plan includes API access, you can use it to build integrations with third-party services, allowing you to further automate processes with platforms that don't have native integrations with OfficeRnD.
