[Onboarding] Step 7: Customize Your Member Tools

Customize the Member Portal, email templates, ticketing system, and member tools in OfficeRnD Flex to improve the member experience.

After setting up your services and integrations, it's time to customize the tools your members interact with. OfficeRnD Flex offers a wide range of customization options to help you align the Member Portal with your brand and deliver a consistent experience across web and mobile while supporting member engagement and self-service.


1. Customize your Member Portal

Customize the appearance of your Member Portal to match your brand's style and identity. Please note that any changes to the Member Portal appearance will also apply to your Branded mobile app.

2. Customize Member Portal pages

After customizing the general theme and appearance of the Member Portal, you can also customize the order and appearance of its pages.

3. Customize public pages

Your Member Portal has several publicly available pages, including the sign-up page and the booking calendar. You can activate or remove them to match your business needs.

4. Customize the member email templates

Members and non-members on your Member Portal will receive emails when specific actions are completed in the system. You can edit the templates for these emails to personalize them and make them more accurate.

5. Activate the ticketing system on the Member Portal

You can activate a ticketing system in the Member Portal to enable your members to submit tickets, share feedback, and report any issues they would like you to address.

6. Configure the ticketing system

Now that you have activated the ticketing system, you can configure it and customize it to fit your team's needs.

7. Add benefits for your members

You can offer different benefits to members of your community. These could be membership cards, discounted car parking slots, food vouchers, and more. You can also create customizable benefits pages.

8. Add how-to guides

Create how-to guides to inform your members on how to complete common tasks, such as setting up their printers or following emergency evacuation procedures. These how-to guides will be available on the member Portal dashboard, making them easily accessible to everyone.

9. Set up terms and conditions

You can set up Terms and Conditions that members, non-members, and visitors must accept when using your platform. This helps protect your organization legally and ensures all parties are informed before accessing services, signing contracts, or joining the Member Portal.

10. Invite members to the Member Portal

After you have customized the Member Portal, uploaded the Terms & Conditions, and added your members in OfficeRnD, it's time to send invites! By joining, your members can pay invoices, book meeting rooms, and view upcoming events.

11. Branded apps (paid add-on)

If you signed up for the Branded Apps package, you can request a branded (white-label) app.
