How to Set Up Growth Hub

This article is a step-by-step onboarding guide for Growth Hub.

Growth Hub is a plug-and-play e-commerce platform designed for flex and coworking operators. You can use it to showcase your entire portfolio of products and spaces and drive higher revenue.

Before you start

Before you set up Growth Hub and benefit from it, ensure you have completed these steps in OfficeRnD Flex:

    • You can list these resources using Growth Hub and offer them to potential customers.

    • You can then sell these plans on Growth Hub.

    • You can offer discounts for Resource Rates to boost sales.

    • You can offer discounts for Billing Plans to boost sales.

The following diagram describes the process of setting up Growth Hub; read the rest of the article to go through the process step by step:

Step 1: Activate Growth Hub

To activate Growth Hub, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Growth Hub and click Book a Demo.

  2. After the Demo, our team will guide you through the next steps. You can start your Growth Hub subscription and we will activate Growth Hub in your organization.

Step 2: List plans and resources to sell via Growth Hub

You can automatically pull all Billing Plans and resources you currently sell on your public pages or manually select which ones to list on Growth Hub.

Pull existing public Billing Plans and Resources:

If you already offer Billing Plans and resources on your public pages, you can save time by quickly pulling them all and listing them in Growth Hub.

To pull all public resources and Billing Plans and list them on Growth Hub, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Growth Hub > Listings > Resources and click Pull Public Resources.

  2. Click Pull.

  3. Go to Growth Hub > Listings > Plans and click Pull Public Plans.

  4. Click Pull.

Manually list resources

You can manually select which resources to list on Growth Hub, regardless of their privacy settings. To manually list resources, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Growth Hub > Listings > Resources.

  2. Click List Resources.

  3. Select the Location.

  4. Select the Resource Type.

  5. Select all resources you want to list on Growth Hub.

  6. Click List.

Manually list Billing Plans

You can manually select which Billing Plans to list on Growth Hub, regardless of their privacy settings. To manually list Billing Plans, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Growth Hub > Listings > Plans.

  2. Click List Plans.

  3. Select the Plan recurrence (monthly or one-off plans).

  4. Select the Plan Types.

  5. Select the Billing Plans you want to list on Growth Hub.

  6. Click List.


Step 3: Add or update pictures and descriptions

To make your product listings more appealing and provide additional context, add or update images and descriptions for each resource or Billing Plan:

  1. Go to Growth Hub > Listings > Resources or Plans.

  2. Click a Billing Plan or a Resource to customize them.

  3. In the Media section, you can:

    • Add a thumbnail image for the product in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The thumbnail image is displayed on cards in search results.

    • Add a product gallery with at least two images in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The gallery will be displayed on the product details page.

  4. In the Resource Details or Plan Details section, you can add a product description and use rich text formatting to highlight key details and make the offering more attractive.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Step 4: Define product types

To customize the Product Types listed on the Growth Hub landing page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Growth Hub > Storefront Settings > Landing Page.

  2. Open the Listed Product Types tab.

  3. Click Customize next to a Product Type.

  4. Select the product category (On-Demand, Memberships, Private Offices, Others). You can enter the name of a new category and press 'Enter' to add it.

  5. Customize the product card:

    • Upload a card thumbnail to present the Product Type on the landing page.

    • Enter a display name for the Product Type on the landing page.

    • Add a short description to briefly explain what the Product Type offers.

  6. Copy the redirect link and the embed code for the product type page.

Step 5: Customize the landing page and branding

You can configure the brand appearance and the landing page of your Growth Hub.

  1. Go to Growth Hub > Storefront Settings > Branding to customize your branding appearance on the Growth Hub.

  2. Go to Growth Hub > Storefront Settings > Landing Page to customize the landing page of your Growth Hub website.

Step 6: Test the flows

To ensure everything works as expected, open the landing page and test the flows for all the different product types offered via Growth Hub.

Before you test everything, complete the following steps:

  1. Set up Apple Pay if you want it to be available as a payment method to customers. Learn more about Apple Pay →

  2. Connect Google Analytics to ensure the operators can track the buyer's journey in GA4. Learn how to connect Google Analytics →

After that, you can test your Growth Hub:

  1. Preview the look and feel of the Landing Page.

  2. Test the search functionality on the Landing page.

  3. Open a product-specific page for each product type listed on the Growth Hub and verify the information.

  4. (Recommended) List a product with a negligible cost and complete at least one transaction to test how data is stored in Stripe.

Step 7: Integrate Growth Hub into your marketing website

Growth Hub can be embedded in a third-party website or used as a standalone app.

  1. Using Growth Hub as a standalone app doesn't require any additional setup other than redirecting the marketing website to your Growth Hub's URL.

You can access the embed codes and the redirect links to the following Growth Hub pages:

  • Landing Page: go to Growth Hub > Storefront Settings > Landing Page.

  • Product Types: go to Growth Hub > Storefront Settings > Landing Page > Product Types.

  • Specific Products: go to Growth Hub > Listings > Plans or Resources.

Selecting locations, cities, or any other filters modifies the URL. It allows the marketing website to connect to different parts of the Growth Hub journey with some search criteria prefiltered for the customer.
