Resources, Plans, and Resource Rates

Pricing is configured in Flex and used by Growth Hub.

Ensure pricing details are accurate before listing.

Resource and Plan Types

Types are used as product categories and can be customized with images, descriptions, and display names.

Growth Hub utilizes these types to organize products.

Locations and Addresses

Location names and physical addresses are grouped in Growth Hub to allow users to search by city or location.

Locations are grouped by city using their Google Business Address.

Working Days and Hours

Availability is determined by the organization's or location's working days and business hours set in Flex.

Ensure working hours are correct to avoid scheduling and booking issues.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Growth Hub respects Booking and cancellation policies set for non-members in Flex.

Adjust policies in Flex as needed to align with your preferences.

Promo/Discount Codes

Promo codes configured in Flex can be used during checkout in Growth Hub.

Promo codes must be properly set up in Flex (go to Billing & Products > Discounts).

Resource Privacy Settings

Privacy settings of Resources and Plans in Flex do not affect visibility in Growth Hub.

Admins can manually select which plans and resources to list in Growth Hub.

Amenities

Amenities tied to plans and resources in Flex are displayed in Growth Hub.

Keep amenities updated to ensure accuracy for end users.

Billing Plan and Resource Descriptions

Descriptions in Flex are synced to Growth Hub but can be further customized in the Growth Hub admin interface.

Changes in Growth Hub are not synced back to Flex. Once updated in Growth Hub, Flex changes will no longer apply to Growth Hub.

Billing Plan and Resource Images

Images added in Flex are synced to Growth Hub as thumbnails and hero images when listed.

Additional images added in Growth Hub are not synced back to Flex.

Billing Settings (Tax Rates, Tax Policies, Processing Fees)

Tax Rates, policies, and processing fees configured in Flex are displayed on the Growth Hub checkout page.

Processing fees are shown only after payment cards are added and validated.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Non-member T&Cs are always shown, and plan-specific T&Cs appear only for applicable purchases.

Member T&Cs are not shown in Growth Hub's customer journey.

Stripe Integration

Growth Hub relies on Stripe integration to process payments.

Google Pay and Apple Pay are supported if users have a card in their wallets. Apple Pay requires a manual setup to activate.
