[Overview] Growth Hub Public Experience

Learn how the Growth Hub public-facing module works and go through each step of the process—from the landing page to checkout.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Growth Hub provides customers with a 5-step process from landing on the GH experience to completing a booking or purchase. Throughout the experience, customers are presented with all the details they need to make an informed decision about their booking.

The customer experience goes over the following five steps:

  1. Landing Page

  2. Search Results Page

  3. Detailed Pages

  4. Checkout Page

  5. Success Page

Landing page – Welcome customers

The Growth Hub landing page includes the following elements:

  1. The landing page search panel is located at the upper part of the landing page and enables customers to quickly search by defining their most important decision-making criteria:

    • Choose where they want to use the coworking operator services (location or city)

    • Pick a Date and Time if they are looking to book space

    • Search products with specific amenities

    • Choose the capacity of the space they are looking for

    • Filter the results by price range

  2. The landing page catalog is located at the bottom of the landing page. Its main purpose is to provide quick information about each product type offered on the Growth Hub.

    • Admins can customize the headline, intro, and images.

Search results page – Explore products

On the search results page, customers can explore your products and refine the search results.

  1. The Search Panel is located on the left side of the Search Results page. Customers can refine the search results if they cannot find a convenient product.

  2. The Search Results Section on the right side displays all available options based on the selected criteria.

    • Each product card provides additional information, including amenities, starting price, room capacity, and size.

    • Customers can click the product card to open the product's detailed page.

Product pages – Review product details

The Product Pages include all the information customers might need to decide whether to make the booking or purchase a product.

On the product page, customers can:

  • Explore more images to review the space they will book or subscribe for.

  • Check all details about the price and any deposits or setup fees that might be included.

  • Make last changes to date, time, or location depending on the product they are exploring.

  • Proceed to checkout.

Checkout page – Complete the checkout process

The checkout process includes the following steps:

  1. Enter contact details: Enter contact information such as Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company Name

    • The Company Name can be skipped. This does not affect how the system uses the information to create records on the OfficeRnD Admin Portal.

  2. Confirm T&Cs: Accept all relevant Terms and Conditions before completing the booking.

  3. Add payment details: Depending on the setup and the Stripe account integrated with OfficeRnD, customers can pay using various payment methods (Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or ACH).

  4. Review: The summary on the right side of the screen provides detailed information about the transaction to be completed.

  5. Apply promo codes: If you have one, enter it. Promo codes are supported for both bookings and plans.

  6. Confirm booking: Once the Payment Details are confirmed, click Pay Now & Book to complete the transaction.

    • Customers with invalid payment details cannot proceed to complete the transaction.

When a checkout is completed

Keep in mind the following important notes on completing a booking:

  • Data consistency: When a booking is completed, Growth Hub always creates both a Company and a Member on the OfficeRnD Admin Portal. If customers don't enter a company name, the system will create a new Company, and the Company name will be the customer's name.

  • Matching returning customers: Growth Hub checks if the combination of Personal Name and Email already exists in the system. If so, the newly created booking is added to the existing customer account.

  • Payment-validated bookings: Growth Hub checkout checks whether the added card can support the payment. If not, no records are created on the OfficeRnD Admin Portal.

Success page – Confirm the transaction

The Success Page provides customers with key information about their booking and allows them to quickly add important information about their booking or subscription to their primary calendars.

The Success Page shows different information based on the type of transaction (booking, purchase, approval request). For customers subscribing to recurring memberships, the page offers the option of creating a Member Portal account.
