The Visitor tablet app is part of the Visitor Hub add-on and is used to check visitors in and out at your reception. Workspace administrators can connect the tablet to a specific location, customize its interface, and manage access settings directly on the Admin Portal.
By following this article, you will understand how to install the app on supported devices, log in with the correct credentials, and configure the layout and behavior of the tablet experience using the live preview tool.
You can configure the Visitor tablet app on the Flex and Workplace Admin Portals. Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings and select one of the pages.

Download the Visitor tablet app
The OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app is available for iPad OS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). You can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:
Allow automatic updates
We recommend enabling automatic updates for the app to receive the latest version as soon as we release an update:

Log in to your account
When you open the app, you must do the following to log in to your account:
Enter your OfficeRnD Admin credentials.
If you are part of multiple organizations, a screen opens with a list of all the organizations you are a part of. Choose the one you want to log in to and tap Continue.
Choosing a location links the tablet to that location, reflected in each Visitor and Host's notifications.
Use the live preview
You can configure your Visitor app in the Admin portal. Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings and select one of the pages. Any changes you make will be displayed in a live preview of the tablet app on the right side of the page.
