We recommend the following tablets and stands for the OfficeRnD Visitor app (both Flex & Workplace):
Android
The app should be compatible with any tablet running Android 6.0 or later. For an optimal experience, we recommend using a 10.1-inch tablet and a suitable stand, such as:
iOS
Any Apple iPad running iPadOS 13.4 or later. For an optimal experience, we recommend a 10.9-inch iPad and a suitable stand, such as Bosstab.
Download the Visitor app
The OfficeRnD Visitor app is available for both iPadOS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). OfficeRnD Flex and Workplace customers can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:
Set the tablet in Kiosk mode (Android)
Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Other security settings.
Search the "Pin App" option and enable it.
Tap the "Recents" button and click the Visitor Hub app's icon.
Tap the pin icon, and your Android tablet will be locked into kiosk mode.
Set the tablet in Kiosk mode (iOS)
Go to Settings > Accessibility.
Turn on Guided Access.
Enable Passcode Settings and select Guided Access Passcode or Touch ID.
Optionally, set Time Limits to play a sound and have the remaining time spoken.
Optionally, toggle Accessibility Shortcut to let users triple-click the side/Home button during a Guided Access session to display Accessibility Shortcut settings.
Set Display Auto-Lock to how long before the iPad will lock automatically during a Guided Access session.
Open the Visitor Hub app.
Triple-tap the side/Home button to begin Guided Access.
