The OfficeRnD Visitor app not only supports visitors check-ins but also streamlines how your members and employees register their presence at your workspace. Using a tablet placed at the front desk, they can easily check in when they arrive and check out when they leave, helping you maintain accurate presence records and a smooth flow of daily activity.

The OfficeRnD Visitor app is available for both iPadOS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). OfficeRnD Flex and Workplace customers can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:
Check-in members and employees
1. Tap Check In on the welcome screen.
2. Tap Member or Employee.
3. In the following screens, fill in your full name and tap Yes, Check me in:
5. A "Welcome Back" screen will appear, and you can proceed.
Check out members and employees
1. Tap Check out on the welcome screen.
2. Enter your Full Name (enter the first three letters and choose the name from the list), then tap Next.
3. Tap Yes, Check me out, and you will be greeted with a thank you message.
