The OfficeRnD Visitor app is a branded tablet app that welcomes visitors, enables check-in and check-out flows, and manages deliveries at your front desk. This article explains the initial steps needed before the app is available for visitors, employees, and deliveries:
Download the Visitor app and log in with your OfficeRnD admin credentials.
Select OfficeRnD Workplace.
Select the Organization.
Select the Location.
Download the Visitor Hub tablet app
The OfficeRnD Visitor app is available for iPad OS (13.4 or newer) and Android (6.0 or newer). OfficeRnD Flex and Workplace customers can download it from the Apple and Google Play stores:
Log in to the Visitor app
1. Open the Visitor app on your tablet.
2. Enter your OfficeRnD admin email address and tap Continue.
3. Choose OfficeRnD Flex or Workplace.
4. Select your organization and tap Continue.
5. Enter your OfficeRnD Workplace credentials for the Admin Portal and tap Continue.
6. Tap on the Location to select it. In the dialog that appears, tap Confirm.
Important: All check-ins and related notifications will relate to your chosen Organization. You can change your preferences by logging out and logging in again.
7. The welcome screen is now available to visitors, employees, and delivery persons.
